为扩大国际教育交流，促进教师培训国际化，在赛达教育的接洽下，11月25日至26日，郡德学校迎来海外环球青少年大使计划英语名师史蒂夫·海恩斯（SteveHaines），展开英语领导力培训，郡德学校、赛达教育、经博文化部分英语老师参加培训。
Topromote teachers’development and educational exchangeinternationally, Steve Haines, an American Group Facilitationtrainer, who comes from the Global Youth Ambassador Project, arrivedat Junde School on 25th November, for the training of leadershipsupported by Sunshine Academic Training. English teachers from JundeSchool, Sunshine Academic Training and Jingbo Culture took part inthe training.
两天的培训围绕教师领导力、发展型思维、活动示范和情商培养等课题展开，用美式课堂启发教师们更好地引导学生融入集体，让教育助力于学生一生的发展。

导师Steve在培训中以示范者的角色组织课堂，让原本互不相识的老师们短时间活跃起来。教师学员们在这过程中“玩”的开心，也引发思考：为什么在陌生的环境中气氛却如此活跃？这些活动和游戏如何能有效地使用到我的课堂当中？教什么以及怎么教能够助益孩子一生而不是一时？导师Steve也对教师学员们提出问题以启发：是什么规则促使大家相互交流，而且沟通不断？在这过程中你们是否有不怕犯错的安全感？这个游戏可以如何变化以适应诸位的课堂？
Inhis class, although some teachers didn’t know each other at thebeginning, they became relaxed to communicate soon. When Chineseteachers enjoyed various activities, some inspiration came into theirminds.Why can we get engaged so fast? How can I put these enjoyableactivities into my specific lessons? To benefit students’wholelife instead of just a period, what can be done to help them? At thesame time, Steve also offered different topics to discuss ---- whatways can keep you communicating; do you feel safe to make mistakes inthe class; how can these activities be used in different lessons andso on.
